April 2024 Spotlight Hourly Pay. Tesco has reached a pay rise agreement with the usdaw union that will significantly increase the hourly pay for colleagues in stores from £11.02 to £12.02 per. The treasury has announced a 9.8% increase to the national living wage from april 2024, with mandatory rate of hourly pay increasing from £10.42 to £11.44.
